We understand that the following rules apply while registering for and attending the Engaged Encounter Weekend:
1. Each of us will have a roommate of the same sex during the weekend. This does not apply to the neighbor islands because these weekends are commuter weekends without sleeping facilities. (While EE recognizes that couples may already be living together, you will not be permitted to share a room with your fiance on the weekend.)
2. Our payment includes a $75.00 NONREFUNDABLE fee for resevation canceled no later than 5 days prior to the weekend date. For late cancellation 5 days before the weekend or a no show- $225.00 is non- refundable ($175.00 non-refundable on the neighbor islands). If we want to change to a later weekend, we need to inform EE two weeks or more in advance to transfer at no charge. Contact the Registration Couple, Cliff & Irene Villareal @ 808-744-4714 for these requests. There will be a $10.00 non-refundable fee for any weekend cancellation at any time after we receive your registration, this does not apply to weekends that are rescheduled for a later date.
3. We will be present for all weekend sessions which will begin promptly at 7:00 PM on Friday night and end by 4 PM on Sunday.
4. We will refrain from the use of alcohol and illegal drugs during the weekend.
5. We will each sleep in the room to which we are assigned.
6. We will not leave the weekend for any reason, unless an emergency arises. If we need to leave, we will speak to one of the presenting couples before leaving.
We agree that by registering and submitting payment that we release Hawaii Catholic Engaged Encounter, along with it's agents, associates, volunteers and employees, from any and all liability associated in any way with our attendance at the weekend program.
